Terms of use
Terms.
Pewcake is a non-custodial interface for checking and swapping tokens on Solana, Robinhood Chain and Base, and (in beta) on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Unichain, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche and Arc. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose; please read them.

1. What Pewcake is
Pewcake is a website that (a) analyses publicly available on-chain and market data about tokens on Solana and on the EVM networks listed on the Check page and presents risk findings, and (b) lets you construct token swap transactions routed through the Jupiter aggregator on Solana, through Uniswap contracts or a launchpad's bonding curve on Robinhood Chain, through Uniswap contracts on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Unichain, Polygon, Avalanche and Arc, and through PancakeSwap and Uniswap contracts on BNB Chain, and (c) lets you create a token through a third-party launchpad: the Pons launch factory on Robinhood Chain, or the pump.fun program on Solana. It is software you use; it is not a broker, exchange, custodian, adviser or counterparty.
Pewcake never holds your private keys or your funds. Every transaction is built as an unsigned instruction, signed inside your own wallet, and executed by the network. We cannot move, freeze or recover your assets.
2. Risk findings are heuristics, not audits
Risk checks identify observable signals — token authorities or owner powers, liquidity depth and lock status, holder concentration, deployer history, sell-route availability or a simulated sell, and similar — from third-party data at the moment of the check. They are automated and probabilistic. A simulated sell is an eth_call against the current state; the next block can differ.
A “Nothing alarming found” result means our checks found nothing; it does not mean nothing exists. A “Do not swap this” result disables the swap on this site until you explicitly acknowledge every critical signal; where a signal means you could not sell at all (frozen, non-transferable or no sell route), the swap stays disabled. Neither result is a statement that the token is a scam, and proceeding after an acknowledgement is your decision alone. Pewcake does not guarantee that any token will retain value, that liquidity will remain, that a deployer will not sell, or that a program will behave as expected. Our Methodology page describes each check and its limits.
3. The EVM chains, and which are in beta
Robinhood Chain is a separate network from Ethereum and from Solana: only assets held on Robinhood Chain can be checked and traded there, every transaction there pays gas in ETH held on Robinhood Chain, and ETH on another network does not count until you bridge it. The site tells you which network your wallet is on and what it holds there, but bridging is done outside Pewcake.
Before it asks your wallet to sign, Pewcake simulates every Robinhood Chain swap against the current block, including after any approval. A swap whose simulation fails is not sent. Some markets are deliberately refused: Uniswap v4 pools that carry a custom hook, and v4 pools paired with USDG, because our transaction shape cannot be verified there; the site says so and points you to Uniswap's own app. A token still on its launchpad curve is traded on that curve, whose rules (including a snipe tax in the first seconds) are the launchpad's, not ours.
Sells can pay out in USDG, the chain's dollar token, when that is the market the token has. USDG is a token, not ETH; some wallets do not show it until it is imported, and the site offers to add it for you.
Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Unichain, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche and Arc are each their own network: only assets held on that network can be traded there, and gas is paid in that network's own gas token (ETH on most, BNB on BNB Chain, POL on Polygon, AVAX on Avalanche, USDC on Arc, where the USDC you trade with and the USDC that pays for gas are one balance) held on it; on Ethereum mainnet the gas for a swap can exceed the value of a small trade. On Polygon and Avalanche much trading happens on venues Pewcake does not route, so the pool it uses can be a small part of a token's market; the swap card says so when that is the case, and the price you get there can be worse than elsewhere. Swaps on these chains go through Uniswap v2, v3 and hook-free v4 pools paired with ETH or USDC, and are simulated before your wallet is asked to sign. Pools on other venues, v4 pools with a custom hook and tokens paired with other assets are checked but not routed. Sells can pay out in USDC, which is a token, not ETH.
Swaps on every EVM chain, Robinhood Chain and Base included, are capped in size per trade. The check and swap on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Unichain, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche and Arc are offered as a beta: they have been verified in simulation against each chain's live contracts, but are newer than the rest of the site, and how they work, which markets they route and the limits that apply may change without notice.
A simulated result is not a guarantee: the next block can differ, a pool can move more than your slippage allows, and the transaction then fails on-chain with only the gas spent. Wallet software, bridges, relays and the chain itself are not operated by Pewcake.
4. Creating a token
Pewcake does not issue tokens. Creating one sends a transaction from your own wallet to a third-party launchpad: the Pons launch factory on Robinhood Chain, or the pump.fun program on Solana. Pewcake reads that contract's terms, prepares the transaction and shows it to you; you sign it. Any launch fee goes to the launchpad, the network fee to the network, and nothing to Pewcake. We never hold the fee, the token supply, or the fees your token earns.
On Solana the token's mint is a new keypair generated in your browser, which has to sign the creation alongside your wallet. It is created in this tab, used once, and never sent to Pewcake or stored anywhere; we are given only its public address. If you close the tab before signing, that address is gone and the next attempt uses a new one.
What you enter is permanent. The name, ticker and the address of the image, description and links are written into the token when it is created, and neither launchpad has a function to change any of them afterwards. Nor can the creator wallet, or the creator tax and pairing asset on Robinhood Chain, be altered once the transaction is mined. Check them before you sign, because nobody can correct them later, including us.
If you upload an image here, Pewcake hosts the file and the token stores a link to it on this site. On Solana the description and links are held the same way, in a small document served from this site that the token points at. We will keep serving both, but a link is not the file: if this site is ever unavailable the image and those details will not load, and we may remove anything unlawful or abusive. The token itself is unaffected either way. If that matters to you, host the image yourself and paste your own link.
The preflight check is the same heuristic check buyers run, applied to your configuration before you sign. It is not approval, endorsement, or a prediction that the launch will succeed. It can be wrong in both directions, and passing it means only that we found nothing we look for.
How the token then behaves belongs to the launchpad, not to Pewcake: the bonding curve and its pricing, the graduation threshold and what happens at it, the trading fees, the creator's share of them and how it is claimed, and on Robinhood Chain the snipe tax in the opening seconds, the creator tax and the buyback vault. Those rules can be changed by Pons or pump.fun at any time, for launches made after such a change. The optional first buy Pewcake offers is an ordinary trade against that curve at its opening price, charged the launchpad's normal trading fee; on Solana it is included in the same transaction as the creation, on Robinhood Chain it is a second one.
You are the deployer on record and you are responsible for what you create: that you have the right to the name, ticker, image and description you use, that the token does not impersonate a person, project or brand, and that creating and promoting it is lawful where you are and where your buyers are. Do not use this to defraud anyone. We may refuse the service, and remove anything we host for it, without notice.
Token creation is offered as a beta and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
5. No financial, investment or legal advice
Nothing on Pewcake is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Token trading is speculative and can result in the loss of your entire position. You are solely responsible for your decisions, for evaluating your own risk tolerance, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on digital-asset trading in your jurisdiction.
6. Fees
Swaps routed through Pewcake carry a platform fee, currently 0.2% (20 basis points), collected inside the same transaction as the swap and paid to the operator. On Solana it is taken by the Jupiter program or as a transfer instruction alongside it. On the EVM chains it is taken by the swap router (Uniswap's, or PancakeSwap's on BNB Chain), in the chain's gas token or its dollar token (USDG on Robinhood Chain, USDT on BNB Chain, USDC elsewhere) where the router allows it and otherwise in the token bought; trades on a launchpad curve carry no platform fee. The amount and asset are shown before you sign. Rent reclaim, which closes your empty token accounts, retains 3% of the recovered deposit. Fees are shown before you sign. Network transaction fees and priority fees are separate and paid to the network you trade on.
Pewcake charges nothing for creating a token, and nothing on trades against a launchpad bonding curve. The launch fee on Robinhood Chain is set by, and paid to, the launchpad; pump.fun charges no fee to create, only its ordinary trading fee on any first buy.
Fee rates may change. The rate in force is the one displayed at the time you sign.
7. Third-party services
Pewcake relies on services it does not control, including the Jupiter aggregator and API, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, GoPlus, Helius RPC, the Robinhood Chain public RPCs, the Blockscout explorer, the WalletConnect relay, Uniswap and Pons contracts, PumpPortal and IPFS gateways. Their availability, accuracy and terms are their own. Pewcake may be degraded or unavailable when they are, and a report may state that a check could not be completed.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep your wallet, seed phrase and private keys secure. Pewcake will never ask for them, and never needs anything but your public address.
- On Robinhood Chain, keep enough ETH there for gas. A wallet showing ETH on another network cannot pay for a transaction on Robinhood Chain.
- Review every transaction in your wallet before signing. The wallet shows what will actually execute.
- Do not use Pewcake if you are, or act for, a person or entity subject to sanctions, or if you are in a jurisdiction where using it or trading digital assets is unlawful. Do not use it to launder funds, manipulate markets or evade any law.
- Check the transaction details your wallet shows — amounts, tokens, recipients — before signing. Transactions on Solana and on Robinhood Chain are final and cannot be reversed by Pewcake or anyone else.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service beyond its intended use.
9. No warranty; limitation of liability
Pewcake is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Pewcake, including trading losses, lost profits, failed or delayed transactions, incorrect or incomplete risk findings, third-party service failures, or unauthorised access to your wallet. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to the operator in the thirty days before the claim.
10. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Pewcake at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it. The effective date above is updated when the terms change.
